The YouTube channel's password has recently been changed. This poll is to implement a procedure for uploading videos the the channel.
First off, only administrators will have access to the YouTube channel password, anyone below said rank will have to send videos through an administrator for them to have a chance of being uploaded.
Upon administrators uploading a video to the channel, they must select "unlisted" so that it cannot be viewed unless someone has a link to the specific video. This will be moderated but no prevention will be put in place to prevent the administrators from making public, administrators are expected to be honest and comply if this vote passes.
The video will then be reviewed within 48 hours max (usually will be within a few hours or less, situation depending) by a PR (Public Relations) Officer, like myself and later made public. This is to ensure that no videos are uploaded that set a negative precedent for our community, this includes but is not limited to:
- Extreme immaturity (jokes are funny, but don't over-do it, no videos of you t-bagging someone in a game)
- Use of offensive words/jokes that may be racist etc.
- Bad quality videos (situation will dictate)
This poll will be up for 4 days (96 hours) and requires a 2/3 majority vote to pass.
